Afternoon tea bridal shower

Here is a bridal shower I threw on June 22, 2013 for my best friend in the world!!

The bride-to-be registered for bedding that was yellow and grey so I used that as the color scheme for her afternoon tea bridal shower. Each guest had their own unique tea cup and saucer.

 Although the quilt was not finished in this picture (I don't have a picture of the finished product) the guests signed the quilt as the guest book.

I forgot to take a picture of the welcome sign.  It was a big wooden tea pot that was painted yellow.

I also don't have a picture of the sign for the guest book.  Oops!

If you know me you know that I love throwing parties!  I decided to start my own blog about the parties I have thrown.  

Here is the most recent party I have thrown.  A baby shower for a good friend on May 31, 2014.  There wasn't really a theme more of a color scheme of light pink, grey and a little yellow.

The favors were pink nail polish:
